π Ingredients (the design brief: use what's in your pantry)
Fruit base: rhubarb and apples (pears or tinned apples/peaches work too) + a handful of frozen raspberries if you have them
Sugars: caster sugar and raw sugar
Topping: plain flour, oats, butter, nuts (pistachios in the demo)
Flavour: cinnamon and vanilla
To serve: icing sugar, maple syrup, vanilla ice cream
π§° Equipment Β· β± Timing
A saucepan, a large baking tin and/or small ramekins, and (optionally) a food processor
Oven at 180Β°C; bake 20β30 minutes β ramekins are ready before a big tin
About 20 minutes hands-on, under an hour end to end
